Blood Kuma?

What more do you need in a cool t-shirt than a tough looking teddy bear dripping with blood. Well if that's not enough it's also got a cute hedge hog and some Japanese (I'm guessing here) writing under it. I have no idea what the story is and that's what makes it so cool.
