The chocolate city with a creamy white center.
It seems like only yesterday that New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagan was putting his foot in his mouth with his dream of New Orleans being rebuilt as a "Chocolate City" and already the parody t-shirts are appearing.
When Mayor Nagan first talked about a chocolate city I thought he was an idiot but then I saw this shirt. "The chocolate city with the creamy white center". Well when you put it that way it sounds pretty yummy. I'm in!
